Whilst in Galway and once I was done with the quarantine I had to step out to see the weekly fresh market, no foodie can resist a market full of fresh local food. I came across this stand with bagels and of course I had one. I chose the classic version: bagel with cream cheese (simple, but amazingggg).

I don’t have to tell you how much I liked it.
