This is a very typical Czech dish called Svickova which are 2 different types of bread slices with oven roasted fillet of beef and a brown sauce that is called Svickova like the name of the dish. They also add a bit of whipped cream and strawberry jam, I eat it without it because I don’t really fancy whipped cream. I ate it in a restaurant in Prague called “Kulatak” (location down below).
It’s really tasty and filling. If you go to Czech Republic, try it!
