Hey! So as I mentioned previously, I had to do a research project for school. I decided on doing it about the comparison between commercially made donuts and more fitness-made donuts. I found this topic interesting as sometimes I struggle; I want a donut, but “I shouldn’t” due to the calories. I believe everyone has had those thoughts somewhen in their life. So, I wanted to research alternative options to be able to have that healthy balance. Okay yeah, I do prefer the commercial donuts, who doesn’t? But it’s just interesting to see that there are other options as well 🙂 So here is a video of me trying to manufacture this “healthier” version of donuts. Give it a try!
