Here I am in Hyderabad, India, with my brothers having a nice Indian lunch. My brother Farid is eating a paneer dosa. Dosa is like a salty pancake/crepe which you use like a fajita, you put food inside. In this case it’s the dosa with a spinach curry and paneer inside. Paneer is like a cheese but cooked. It doesn’t taste at all like cheese and it actually looks like chicken in a way. It was really good and I highly recommend it. I will be posting few other meals that I try along my Indian journey.
